About the Role

As a Project Engineer – Clean Utilities, you will join a global leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, to manage and implement critical engineering projects on-site. Your scope will include revamping HVAC systems, and electrical installations, with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in preparing for the upcoming events, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with GMP standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the study, coordination, and monitoring of projects involving machinery, equipment, installations, and buildings
• Prepare and coordinate User Requirement Specifications and Change Control documentation
• Participate in qualification activities: FAT/SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, commissioning, and PQ
• Review Validation Protocols and Reports for equipment and systems
• Build and maintain the Technical File and manage project-related plans
• Organize internal and external implementation of assigned projects
• Support procurement activities and liaise with suppliers
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations to optimize equipment and processes
• Assist the Maintenance department and contribute to writing maintenance procedures
• Deliver regular progress reports to the Engineering Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

• You hold a Master's degree or Bachelor's in electromechanical engineering or equivalent experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• You have a minimum of 5 years in a similar role within pharma
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• You are a good user of MS Office Suite, AutoCAD
• You know pharma regulations as EU GMP, 21 CFR compliance
• You have strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• You are able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
